Late Start

I paid over $100 to see the opening night show of BBMak at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The show was supposed to start at 8pm and end at 9:30pm. However, it did not begin until 8:35pm. People in the audience started whistling and shouting for the show to start. Because of the delayed start, I missed the last half-hour of the show as I had to catch my flight back to New York. What I managed to see of the show was enjoyable, but I feel like I was shortchanged due to the delayed start. It is extremely unprofessional to make an audience wait without any apology and just begin singing as if it's acceptable. Venues should not tolerate this kind of behavior and should hold these performers accountable. Having paid over $100 to see only 2/3 of a show really hurt my wallet.
